What is the points system?

For every hour you work through Transport People, you automatically earn one point. Each month, we’ll update you on your total number of points. These points are added to your personal balance — you don’t have to do anything, just keep working!

Important: Please read the terms and conditions at the bottom of the page carefully to learn about the rules of the points system.

Note: Due to the acquisition of Transport People by Logistic Force, we will no longer be purchasing new products. This means that if a product is out of stock, you may need to choose an alternative item.

Terms & Conditions Transport People Points

  1. The points system does not apply retroactively. We start on July 1, 2025.
  2. Only employees directly employed by Transport People can use Transport People Points. It does not apply if you are employed via a payroll construction.
  3. You earn points on all hours worked.
  4. You will receive a monthly email with your current balance.
  5. Points cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used for products in the Transport People catalog.
  6. Saved points are personal and non-transferable to colleagues or third parties.
  7. Saved enough points? Contact Transport People to claim your preferred product.
  8. Products are not kept in stock at our office and often need to be ordered first. You cannot pick them up immediately.
  9. After approval, we will order the product and contact you when it’s in or on its way.
  10. Previously redeemed points will be deducted from your total balance.
  11. Saved points remain valid indefinitely while you are employed.
  12. Retiring or being taken over with points left? You’ll get the chance to redeem them.
  13. Upon termination of employment (by you or by us), any remaining points expire.
  14. During long-term illness, your points remain but cannot be redeemed temporarily. You do not earn points while you are ill.
  15. Received a product that is damaged or not working? Report this within 3 days. We’ll look for a solution together, such as replacement or repair. If reported later, we can’t exchange it.
  16. Some products may be temporarily unavailable or in limited supply — we’ll gladly find an alternative with you.
  17. Misuse or fraud may lead to exclusion from the points program.
  18. Transport People reserves the right to change the points system, terms, and product offering at any time.
