We believe in fair opportunities

Would you like to work in the Netherlands, but prefer to work without a system? That's also possible! In this case, you can request vacation days just like anyone else and visit your family or go on vacation during this period. Taking vacation days and leave flexibly is negotiable. We understand that sometimes life is unpredictable.

When working in systems through Transport People, you get the same pay as you normally work for us. There are no extra allowances or deductions attached to this. Because we believe in fair opportunities, no matter what your work rhythm is.

Where you will sleep when you work in systems

Housing-wise, we arrange for you to have a place to sleep. So you don't sleep in the truck, just in a comfortable bed. We try to hold this room for you even if you go home temporarily. This way you always have your place, close to your work and you don't have to constantly move your stuff back and forth.
